The pre-holiday rush?

The last few weeks we have just been doing the same old stuff. One day in October we met our Poppa and our cousins (Meeka, Peyton, & Paddy) downtown to help clean the Art on the Avenues' statues for Make a Difference Day. That same day Mommy took us to see the Moscow Ballet's performance of Sleeping Beauty. It was kinda cool, but there wasn't any talking, so I wasn't really sure what was going on. For Halloween I dressed up in my Cats costume (from last year) and Maeghan dressed up as a witch (she even sprayed her hair green!!). Like we do every year, we went up to Miss Staci's for trick-or-treating, yummy food, and hanging out with our friends. This is the first year in a long time that Mommy & Daddy both dressed up in costumes, so we all had a really good time. That same weekend we got to see High School Musical on ice down at the arena. We knew all the songs (even Daddy), so we had fun singing along! Then, the day after that I had my class concert (all four third grade classes)... it wasn't a play like last year, we just sang some songs about some of the stuff we've been learning in school this year. We have been going to more hockey games (the Wild won all three games against Wichita) and Mommy took sis to the first Wenatchee Fire soccer game last weekend. I wasn't there because I got to go hunting with Dad. We were going to go goose hunting, but we ended up going duck hunting instead. It was still fun, but I really like to smash the honkers!
